At ENOTIA CREATIONS, many of our jewelry pieces can be resized to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. Resizing availability depends on the design, material, and construction of each piece.

If you are unsure about sizing before placing an order, we strongly recommend contacting us in advance. Our team will advise you on the correct size or confirm whether resizing is possible for the specific item.

Resizing services may involve an additional cost and extended handling time, depending on the piece. Custom-made or specially ordered items may not be eligible for resizing.

Warranty

ENOTIA CREATIONS offers a warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty applies to all jewelry purchased directly from our boutique or official online store.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper use or accidents
• Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning products
• Improper storage or lack of care
• Alterations or repairs performed by third parties

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, ENOTIA will proceed with repair, replacement, or an appropriate solution at its discretion. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
