Yes. We use natural gemstones unless otherwise stated. Due to their natural origin, slight variations in color and texture are normal and part of their character.

Ring sizing details are included on each product page. Some rings feature adjustable bands designed for a flexible fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.

For selected rings, complimentary resizing is available. This is clearly mentioned on the product page when applicable.

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Custom-made, resized, or personalized pieces are not eligible for return.

Yes. We offer a 2-year repair warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, or normal wear.
